I was thinking, how could a government be reorganized to make it suit both the needs of itself and the needs of its people? Would it take it upon itself and help everyone in its borders, despite the enormous cost and potential economic disaster that could arise? Or would it minds its own and leave the people in the cold?
Or would it separate the two, and have divisions for one and the other? Or would it combine the two into one single entity?
