I'm level 18. Decent gear, I suppose. I hit for 1500 with Demolish and Wreck. Unfortunately, this is not enough to beat Gregor. I am using Subversion to stop his healing, but this only lasts for 1 turn, and I can't get him low enough to where it will kill him. I'm at a loss here.
I somehow managed to beat him on my hot hydro because I was too lazy to respec. Just barely managed...barely.

Anyway, you'll have to respec...I don't think wreck and demolish will cut it. Get 4/4 decimate, wreck, 3/3 regulate, 4/4 lasting pain. Avenger form might help too...
Just pound on him, regulate to restore focus and drain his, he can't heal without focus. Decimate is a powerful DoT that can help nullify his healing. When his roach vitality runs out, subversion. He will either full heal or do another roach vitality...
Repeat ad ininitum? Start with decimate btw.
OR, the far easier way... Respec to cold hydro...
Get 4/4 mind freeze. 4/4 flash freeze, and put 2 of each on your bar. Vascular arrest is not needed, but you can take it if you want.
First use mind freeze, then 2 attacks (glacier is prefered), then another mind freeze, 2 mroe attacks, flash freeze, attack, flash freeze, attack, REPEAT until he is dead.
Since he will NEVER be able to use a move that requires focus, and healing requires focus, he'll be taken down easily.
