I know alot of people with thnk that this is in the wrong section, but it is more than just the music.

What do you think about this culture? Most of the major events happened in the 90's, but do you think that it is possible that this movement could come back? Being that I enjoy the music, I am a little hesitant to call the people who commit these crimes and things as evil.
