Ummm Alt... Until recently I thought no one was stupid enough to confuse the two. I mean, the guy who made Scientology was a friggin SCIENCE FICTION WRITER! *sigh* Not naming names of course. It does kind of sound like scientology actually has some sort of logical roots at all(which, of course, it doesn't). Thank you for posting this. Maybe you should've made the title: ALL IDIOTS READ. IMMINENT. Honestly, if I were L. Ron Hubbard I would've done the same thing. If I could con people into believing that their souls were infected with the dead souls of aliens, and not only pull off the ultimate prank of all time, but make them pay out of the a** for it(have you noticed all scientologists are rich?), of course I would do it. Lol. Sometimes, peoples' gullibilty amazes me.
I remember back when i first heard the term Scientology I was like "Someone made a religion out of science? WHA'!" Then I learned what it was about and I was like "WHA'!"
This song, Science of Lies by Demon Hunter, was written about Scientology, but I find it applies well to all religions. Unrelated, but it's always nice to be able to headbang while debating. =P
