yeah i would add games.
I wouldn't change the armatars because i like them and i don't hate any one.

I would ban members.Incont ones to strike fear into all of you mahahahahhahahhahahahahahaha.But I would make some more armaters NOT ban incoint mebers.

I would add all the Bloons games, they rock! And some games that are on AddictingGames, like Bubble Spinner and Avalanche (not sure if they're Flash though).

I don't think its that easy there alot of thought that goes into it. If you had 300,000 members and you had to control them make sure the mods aren't corrupt and get a consistent flow of flash games in it would be hard
