I'm gonna make this short and simple. You simply join by saying a race of animal or mythical creature that you wish to control in the sea, or any body of water actually. You can even take this to the microscopic level and select a kind of disease or bacteria that thrives in the water. Anything goes from sharks and hydras to parasites and fatal bacteria. I will make your sheet from which race you select. Oh! One more thing. You have to select which ocean, lake, river, sea, etc. to start in. So again to start just tell me what race you wish to rule.
