You should not have made a thread about it, especially not when you have already reported it. Sure, make a thread complaining about people spamming stupidly, but you have directly handed out another user on the forums.

He would most likely get banned, but now there is a risk that people seek him out and flame him for being a fool too.

And worst kind of spam is porn links, btw.
