I saw the Henry handball and it was appaling.... I'm a Gunners fan and I was dusgusted he got away with it. I dunno if you will get a rematch though fifa likes to stick by their referees.
i dont think its that at all. FIFA only wants the best teams with the highest population in there so they will make the most money as possible. its the same with the way they set the tables up. they're just gonna forget about it because they want france with the higher (60 million) population not Ireland with the lower (4 million)population. its sad to see FIFA take these steps, that to them its not about the sport
To me, this incident screams out fo rthe introduction of technology. Credit to Henry, despite how much I despise him, he owned up to it and told the referee what happened. That dpesn't mean thiings like this should happen, and I'm glad to see the Irish government is getting involved on this one. Hopefully it will make FIFA get pff their arses and do something.
I hate that France wins by cheating. It's not like I hate the country, or that I hate Henry, but seriously, that's weird. Things like this shouldn't happen.

And by the way, France isn't the only team that wins by cheating! Soccer players accuse and falsely claim hurt every five minutes. You could easily say "they cheated" against or in defense of any team. and I love football, believe me. it's got to be the best sport of all time.
