Please do not spam DonkeyKong1383. That post was nothing related to the topic at all. Please keep your posts somewhat related to the topic or the last question or post. This will probably be locked.

Ok so now that the first question has been answered (fire is right), I will throw another one out there!

In Roman Mythology, who is the goddess of the hunt? (One of my favorite statues ever is of her )

Awesome, that is correct! And as an added little treat, here is a picture of a statue of her:

It is absolutely stunning in real life, and is located in the Louvre. It is one of my favorite statues of all time.

If you're going to quiz us, at least make an effort. You're completely wrong already. Why?
1. Prometheus(you spelled it wrong) was a Titan, not a god. And you spelled "Roman" wrong too. *sigh*
2. To answer your question, he stole fire and gave it to humankind. His punishment was to be chained to a rock for eternity and each day have his liver torn out by birds.

In Greek mythology it would be Artemis; in Roman mythology it would be Diana.
You have a statue of her?
I'm jealous now.

Not going to mention the spelling this time...
That would be Jason and the Argonauts. Prominent members of said group were Pollux, Castor, and Heracles.

My turn to ask a question.
When Hermes stole Apollo's sacred cows in the act that would earn him the right to be a god, what instrument did he invent using their carcasses and give to Apollo to earn his forgiveness?

...now I know I'm kind of too smart. And feel like a prat.

Here is Hephaestus, the god of technology, blacksmiths, craftsmen, artisans, sculptors, metals, metallurgy, fire and volcanoes.

His Roman equivalent was Vulcan.
