In this game, you "work" to achieve honor and rank in the clan. You will recieve jobs to do to earn points toward rank up. Become the greatest person in the clan to win.
Jobs will range from getting a certain score on a game, to posting on something, to competing in different forum games. The harder the challenge, the more points you get.
