I got Assassin's Creed 2 (AC2) yesterday and I was wondering if anyone else had played it. I'm a bit of the way through and I find it to be pretty good but honestly I don't think it really lives up to all the hype everyone is giving it. The graphics are decent but the mouth and facial expressions of characters is slightly lacking. The gameplay is questionable, especially the building climbing and the gameplay is relatively linear for my liking. That being said, it's a pretty fun game that's keeping my attention and the storyline is (of course) fairly solid.
I would recommend it to those who asked, but I was wondering what you guys think about it. Do you find it a solid game, love it, or hate it? I enjoy it, but I wish it didn't get such good reviews because, in my opinion, it doesn't live up to the hype. If it were another "ho-hum" game, it would be nice, but not for what it was made out to be. Any thoughts?
I personaly loved the game.I just won it today.Its very hard to stop playing you know.But I was kind of mad that you never played as Desmond.But still it was a very good game.
omfg. that game looks so good. the first one was amazing i loved it i felt like a ninja playing it! i feel like the 2ed one will be just as good. oh and for who ever posted this...who cares about the facele expresions? like really? all i want to do is kill dudes with sords....
you never play as desmond? YOU ACTUALLY GET TO USE A HIDDEN BLADE WITH HIM!!!! and probably there will be a third one. Did anybody else notice that Minerva was saying the world is probably gonna get screwed? cause i did
