Okay, so I was at my local WalMart, looking for CoD:MW2(Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2) for PS3. I grab one, then move on to the PC Games section. In the distance, I here someone whining. Turns out to be some kid, about the age of 11 or 12. Who I believe is his mom tries to tell him to be quiet, because everyone is staring at them.

So, she grabs one of the World of Warcraft boxes and shows it to him. He stops and grabs it, and starts squealing with delight. He didn't have autism so I didn't know what was wrong with the kid.

Is this how kids act these days?

Well, glad you noticed that. Maybe kids are just weird for being happy about a game. No no, that couldnt be rite?

its more of the kid trying something new to see if it works, like whining, and it works so they keep on doing it until the same concept applies to everything else. so if parent A gives in to the whining all the time, this will eventually spill over to everything else, as the brain sees nothing wrong w/ it in childs mind

Thats still the parents fault.

Kids these days are terrible. Like all the 13 year olds that play Halo and kill me once and teabag me. im like.....ur pro >.> They all have huge self esteem's but small bodies. No offense to any 13 year olds on here (unless ur one of the f@gs I was talkin about)

If my kid ever did that, he would leave that store in a shiznit load of pain. If my kids need to grow up, they need to grow up quick. They always behave that way if they aren't forced to have some maturity.

Then of course I would end up in a cell for child abuse. Then I would need to take it to the Supreme Court, and pay 100,000 dollars in legal bills.

Remind me why this world is really going to hell? Oh wait, no need.

yeah, the whole fact that all these children are so soft and/or doing things like squealing in the middle of a store is that the parents are not good enough.

hate to say it, but it was partially the baby boomers. too soft on their kids, not saying they should beat them, but spankings and strict time outs are something every child should have to deal with at one point in time or another.
it's crazy that people let their young kids disobey them without discipline. the main thing every child needs to learn is to control oneself when an elder tells them to stop.
