The games that Armor Games have at the moment are small flash games entered by the authour, whom thereby gives consent to publish the games.
If it's another company, I believe that Armor Games would have to discuss such things as advertising in this case with JaGEx's marketing department and whomever runs PerfectWorld. I doubt Armor Games will do anything like that, since it would involve a lot of hassle and have next to no benefits.
