Have you ever clicked on a link like this and thought: wow, that was really cool! But how the heck do I do that?
Well, with this thread, you can get your hands on some cool sites that let you do cool things! Simple! A lot of the sites are self explanatory or easy to figure out, but I'll explain them to you just in case.
If you clicked the "this" link in the introduction, you will have found this site. You can use this to show lazy people how truly lazy they really are! When you get there, simply type in a query, and it will create the link for you, which you can copy and paste in a thread or something and show someone how simple it is to type something in that they were wondering.
It doesn't have to be a forum search, but if you have a Google Account (a.k.a Gmail account) you can create your own custom search engine free! You choose what sites it searches, give it a name and a description, and show it to everyone! To create your own, make sure you click the "Create your own Search Engine" link on the page I just gave you. Pretty darn cool to try out!
This thing gets pretty annoying, but if you want to try it out, there it is. To get to it though, you'll have to give my minion Soul Grinder your soul before you can make your own! Self Explanatory.
This one is a little closer to home (by home I mean the site.) If you want to browse AG's some over 1,000 games, this is the way to do it. It's so self explanatory I'm not even going to tell you it's self explanatory except to tell you that.
This is a great one for tricks! Here are some steps that revealthe secret to using it the way it was meant.
1. In the petition box, type a period.
2. After the period in the petition box, type in the answer to a question. It will look like it's saying "Peter please answer," but it's actually disguising the answer.
3. Type in the question in the question box.
4. Press "Enter." The answer you typed in the petition box will come up.
If that didn't make sense, just do everything exactly the way I say and you'll understand.
Well, that concludes the list. If there are other "Tool of the Trade" type sites, post them here and I will update the list later. If you liked some of these, be sure to copy and paste them into your about to show others and use them later. Have fun!
Basically, if someone says "gee I need to find out something about something," then you type whatever it is into the box on that site and give them the link that it gives you.
