well if you got RROD (Red rings of death)on your xbox 360 ,Would you buy another xbox 360? or just leave it?

A few days ago i was playing MW2 ( i love that game) then my xbox 360 froze . So i decided to reboot it . I booted it back up. then 3 rings pop up on the console... RED RINGS OF DEATH!!!

My dad said he will buy another xbox 360 someday....
do you think he should buy it or give up? (it's been the 2nd xbox 360 we have gone thru all of those had RROD)

i would probably buy another if my warranty was gone but if my third broke then id trash the idea of an xbox and just get a sick pc.

ive had mine for around 3years and never had the RROD

I got mine at Christmas '07.

Never had any problems besides dust overload in it. And the fact my hard drive only has 9GB of open space. And it chews rings into my disks.

If it gets RROD, I'm getting a PS3.

Well, the newer ones dont have that problem, so no need to worry. The new chip set keeps them from getting red rings. And as was said. If the seal on your case is in tack, microsoft WILL replace it for FREE! Just pay shiping!

And if its broken, find someone to fo it. People all over will do it for around 40$. Better then 200 For a new system.

Hey everyone i ended up getting a new xbox 360!! we kept the hard drive off the old one!!
