Right... So, here's the deal with this RPG. You are an ancient hero, hailing from one of the two most powerful empires of the time; Greece or Rome. You will travel the land on quests, slaying monsters, or even join the battle against the opposing country or bring your chosen city-state to power. Here is the character sheet:
Name: I'd prefer it to be Greek or Roman, you know. Age: Be reasonable Gender: This could be important. Male or female, yeah? God/Goddess: Your primary deity. This is extremely important, as this determines whose blessing you receive, and the blessing is one of your main powers. It does not have to be a major god or goddess, all gods will give equally powerful blessings. Country: Greek or Rome. Important, depending on the situation. You can of course, travel to the opposing country. Level: 1[0/20] You have 20 points to distribute among your attributes, below. Strength: How physically strong you are. Wisdom: How smart you are. Agility: How dextrous you are. Charisma: How convincing you are. Endurance: How tough you are. Health: Leave this blank for now. Fame: 0 Equipment: Food, Water Weapon: Standard Bronze Sword/Standard Bronze Spear. Pick 1. Armor: Rough Cloth Blessing: Leave this blank for now. Skills: None Quests: None Enemies: None Allies: None Team: None
Right...so, I will accept a maximum of 3 people. I require people to read and follow my posts, and I would prefer proper grammar to be used, thank you.
New rules. JUST BECAUSE I HAVE NOT YET RESPONDED TO YOUR POST DOES NOT MEAN THAT I DID NOT SEE IT. JUST BECAUSE THERE WAS A FIVE MINUTE GAP BETWEEN POSTS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO POST IT AGAIN. Anyone who repeatedly does this will be permanently kicked out. It annoys the crap out of me and it clogs the thread. I am human. And as a human, there are a few things that I have to do, like: -Eating. Like when it's lunchtime. Or breakfasttime. Do you see my point? I GET HUNGRY. -Using the bathroom. Everything that eats, uses the bathroom, and I eat. And that happens regularly. I mean...seriously guys? -Sleeping. I have to sleep. Take last night for example. It was midnight. I was tired. So I went to sleep. The more tired I am, generally the lazier I am and the easier I get pissed off. I mean...come on. YOU DON'T HONESTLY EXPECT ME TO STAY UP UNTIL ONE IN THE MORNING PLAYING RPGS, DO YOU? Oh, right and I have a life.

You already passed the river(-1 gold). You go around the Fields of Asphodel. You see Tantalus standing in the pool of water with a tree hanging over him, and Sisyphus pushing a bouler up a hill, over in the Fields of Punishment. Technically, you are allowed to go over there, and you do feel bad for them. What will you do?

Well technically Hades would hate me if I helped Sisyphus, because you know "Fields of Punishment." isn't Tantalus the dude who gave humans fire? Anyway If I had to chose I'd probably help Sisyphus.
You grab your spear and tell the merchant to remain silent and stay put. You explore the camp warily, but see nothing that could have caused the scratching noises. What will you do now?

Ahahaa, no, Prometheus was the Titan who gave humans fire; his punishment was to have his liver torn out by a vulture each day for all eternity(but Heracles freed him). Tantalus was the one who stole nectar and ambrosia from the gods, then boiled and chopped up his son and tried to feed the boy to the gods(only poor Demeter didn't realize the trick and ate part of the kid) and so his punishment was to stand in a pool of water with a fruit tree right next to him, but be unable to eat or drink from it.
