If you know a band that is brand new, or is probably not very well known, put it here! One band i know that probably no one knows of is Air Review. My english teacher's in that band, so that's kinda awesome.

I know another excellent really unknown band for all you metalheads out there.
Brawl. It's Disturbed in...'98 or '96, somewhere there. They had a different singer. Pretty good, too heavy for my tastes though.

-Grendel
-Wumpscut
-God Module
-Soul Coughing

The first three are industrial/agro-tech groups. And all use some foul language and disturbing imagery. So if you are a wee-one, I'd steer clear.

Soul Coughing is great band that actually started not too far from where I live now. They are a...jazzish kinda band you could call it? If any of you are old enough to remember those old music videos CartoonNetwork used to have, they featured two of their songs (Circles and Rolling) for them.

RISE AGAINST

That's actually a famous band, I think.

The Better Life Band is virtually unheard of. I could only find their music on their myspace. Here. And the only reason I've ever heard of them is because I met them when they were performing when I was visiting SLC. I have their autographs and one of their albums.
In any case, they're not quite my style but still pretty good.

Go find "The Paranoid Monkeys" or "Some Brave Appolo"

They broke up but were an amazing local Edinburgh band.

Well... let's see if anyone knows about these two...

Steel Panther A band starting out to be a coverband but somehow got a lot of attention and made their own cd, but I have to add... Warning: Explicit Lyrics! Not suited for the youngsters among us...

Scarlet Sins A female rock band I discovered accidentally while looking for another band and MAN!, whoops... of course I mean WOMAN! THEY ROCK!!!

You can find both bands @ YouTube... have a look if you like rock! =D
