I am extremely aggravated. Today, I tried to post a game called 'Create a Superhero or Supervillain!' I spent hours writing, but when I clicked 'Submit', the Login screen came up. Confused, I logged in, opened Forum Games, and my thread wasn't there! Please tell me what has happened or if I can get my work back.

You must have been automatically logged out at the time you were typing you're thread. So you really didn't submit anything, unless I'm wrong.

Congratulations, you get screwed over by AG. It has happened to most regulars more than once. Either by that or by lagging, or by simply being stupid.
I hardly do believe it was posted, so sadly it was a waste of time.

A good piece of advice: When you have written a long post, copy it to be sure that doesn't happen. It might be a waste most of the time, but you will be happy if it really does screw up again.

Lol, I agree if you got something important to write and you have written a large portion of it save it.

No you can't get your work back.

That's what I do sometimes, I copy it just in case.

Same here... when I write my reviews on the games, I usually write it as it comes along in my mind.

I always copy my text, just in case something like this happens and my whole entry is lost, which (by the way) would have happened just now if I hadn't copied it after pressing the 'submit' button... =D

But it happens sometimes on AG and you have to learn to live with it!

And just a tip... I write really long pieces in a textfile and when I'm done, I copy-paste them where they should end up.
This way you can simply avoid those 'What the... hey where's my... wait a minute... OH NOOOOOOO!!!' moments...

Since it never got posted, there would be no way to recover it. I would recommend copying long posts before posting them just in case something like that happens.
