There should be a thread for all of the COD shenanigans. They have one for Halo, now they should make one for Call of Duty. It's taking up even more space then Halo ever did.
might have a better chance if you contact a mod directly, Devoidless made the Halo one.

There also has to be a lot of interest: Rally a few people, and make them say 'I want A COD thread' on your comments or the Forum Games.Then go to the mods.
