Okay, I haven't really paid much attention to how I'm going to start this RPG, though I've got a good plot for the middle. So. We'll start with a warmup battle. I don't really want to write individual stories on how you all met up but lets just say you're all standing on what once was the Market space for Galladin*. This is where it all started two years ago. Your team of 6 were only checking on the surroundings; the still-standing buildings, people (of course, there were none) and any remnants of the market place when a group of small sprites suddenly ran out of hiding. They were followed by a small troll, no bigger than a horse.
OOC: Sorry guys, I did tell you I wouldn't be here Thursday and Friday. Turns out I finished my presentation early so I get a few hours before work. And I choose to spend it on AG? Gosh..

Shadow - Not me, ill keep my bow and i have nothing else.
Bartender - Well someone's not very charitable!
Alt - He would be if it were for a decent cause. And earlier you told us you got potions off the market for cheap! Now we'd be grateful if you helped.
Singid - *nods* Despite me not helping him *looks over at Time whimpering* I think he deserves some proper care. But SOMEONE isn't very helpful. Now we can ask nicely, or we can ask not so nicely.
Bartender - -shifts uncomfortably-

Moat: *huffs angrily* *he has no patience* We don't have any money and we need the equipment that we have. But what would you say to more of a work exchange? We do some small job or other for you and you give us the potions?
Bartender - Perfect! Out back I got me a right nasty problem. Some rats 'ave got into the empty barrels and caused all sorts of mess. You got swords t'kill 'em. Kill 'em and I'll give ya'few potions.
Moat - C'mon. That's pathetic. Rats?? I mean seriously...
Bartender - I'd be careful mind, them rats ain't normal rats. Jus' sayin'...

Q and Shadow corner a massive rat that races out the tavern door in an attempt to escape.
I use my awesome stealthtasticocity to sneak behind the large rat and do a double blow where I bury my heel into the weak spot just above its shoulders and below its head to crack its spinal cord. Since it's a double blow, I bury my heel in twice to ensure spinal crackage.
I pick up the large rat when its focused on someone else, clamp its mouth shut with one of my powerful wooden fingers and twist its head around until blood bubbles out of its skin and I hear bone cracking.

I'll do a Double Blow where I step on the rat(lol) pinning it to the ground and smash at its head with the blunt of my axe.
Singid - You attack the first rat twice. 10+10 damage. Large Rat - The rat flips around and headbutts Alt in the knees causing 2 damage.
Shadow - You shoot an arrow into the Large Rat's skull. 10 damage. Q - You hack at the rat with your axe. The hit was critical, it caused 30 damage! (lucky roll :P)
2Deformed Rat - Jumps at Singid and bites his shoulder. 5 damage. Time - You rip the rat off Singid and club it to death. Alt - You rip off the large rat's head! Defeated. Moat - You finish off the last rat.
