I always read LOTR, seems a lot of people here did too.

I'm still in grade school, so...

But it is either the Percy Jackson & the Olympians Books or the Inheritance (Eragon) Series.

Can't decide between Roald Dahl's works. That's where it's really at.

Grade school? I really liked the Animorphs by K.A. Applegate. Great characters, great concept, and a great storyline. Not such a great ending though, but still a worthwhile read. Kept me busy too. I think there are 60 books in the series.

If we're talking about elementary... I would say The Giver. I didn't quite understand it at the time, but I did enjoy it.

Maybe Harry Potter. Maybe the Iliad. For only one book, the latter. For a series, the former.

Eh, I was addicted to Kathryn Lasky's "Guardians Of Ga'Hoole" series. It had the edginess that kept me hooked and they never were boring. I don't really read that much now though.

I read this book about reading palms when I was in 2nd grade. It had to be the best.

But I know when I grow up I'll find better books
