The most important issue in America is definitely the economy. The government needs to learn to keep its nose out of it. Higher taxes lead to fewer jobs, and less business growth. Keeping failing businesses afloat leads to fewer resources for people who have innovative new ideas that could create new businesses and improve the economy.
