I saw on the help page that users can get penalized for irresponsible flagging: (http://armorgames.com/page/help#comments)

I assume that means they lose their ability to flag comments.

But can users also lose the ability to vote comments up? I'm asking because I can't vote comments up anymore, and I'm not sure if it's just me or if it's a change to the site.

I have the same problem, I think they just changed the site to speed things up a bit.

I can't vote up either, so I assume it's a change.

I don't think they can take away one users ability to flag though, but I could be wrong

Okay, penalized by irresponsible flagging means you get banned if you flag stuff that should not be flagged and keep doing so.

As for the up-vote function, it is not working at the moment, and have not been working for the last year. So basically, it is the site, but no one has cared to change it in the help.
