You use Frost Bolt on his head, then you use Flame Lasso to pull it off, You look back and see that the frozen head is going to hit somebody. You look back at the Devil and see that he has regenerated his head back, he says, "That all ya got sonny?" Suddenly he bursts into flames and the roaring flames of the Netherworld engulf you.
