fml is better, mlia has some that are just a rip off of some fml ones.

MLIA is pretty funny, but a lot of the stories are blatantly not true, or they are just a normal situation that was altered to sound really cool.

I like FML better. The stories are a lot funnier, and the actual site layout is much more appealing and easy to read.

I LOVE MLIA! It's so much better than FML. FML is just a bunch of people who probably make up the stories because they sound unlikely to happen. MLIA is so normal, it's funny.

basically its what people write on fml, but they look at the funny/childish/beneficiary side that makes it a lot funnier wheras fml just looks at the negative side. also, there are just stories that are just plain funny... and "average"

OK I used to love fml.. but now it just sucks.
almost all of them are made up or repeats, and its depressing if you think about the people.
MLIA is funny, and just like stories of people expressing themselves and letting the kid side of them shine.
