You probably know how to play. I make something, you attack , you kill it. But this time this is much more in depth. Few attacks will work unless you take the environment, body makeup, and many other things into account. It will grow immunities and defenses.

I rig up an A-10 Thunderbolt's 30mm GAU 8/A Avenger Cannon* and blow the hell out of them all.
*One of the most powerful aircraft cannon ever flown, it fires large depleted uranium armor-piercing shells. In the original design, the pilot could switch between two rates of fire: 2,100 or 4,200 rounds per minute; this was changed to a fixed rate of 3,900 rounds per minute. The cannon takes about half a second to come up to speed, so 50 rounds are fired during the first second, 65 or 70 rounds per second thereafter. The gun is precise; it can place 80% of its shots within a 40-foot (12.4 m) circle from 4,000 feet (1,220 m) while in flight.
I then get 10 miniguns, load em up with mini nuclear warheads, and then proceed to blast the @&£! out of them.
To add insult to utter annhiliation, I raze their screaming bodies with flamethrowers, then pile OVER NINE THOOOOOUUUUUSAAAAAND!!!!1!11 Molotov cocktails on top of them and throw a lighted match at the pile.
I steal Mr T's chains, and crush them under they're vast weight.
I hook them all up to the American power grid, and zap the crap outta them.
I get a hooked flail, and rip them apart.
I drop the Titanic on them.
I stare at them, then crush them under the weight of 92926 psychologists.

SilentQ:The water sweeps the turrets away but everything else is fine. sonic:You do and you get them all for another 200 damage. -200HP obscuredemon:Oh dam, here we go... You do that but the robo-clone being near immune to bullets comes over and busts the turret. but takes damage.-200 HP Since it is a minigun you run out of ammo in mere seconds due to the fact you have about 15 of them. -350HP You light them on fire with the flamethrower but they are immune to explosives.-50HP Under the massive weight of his gold chains they are crushed but get them off. -200HP They get shocked from the power grid but it backs up and woops! America is out of power. -150HP You rip them apart with the hooked flail. -75HP You put the weight of 92966 psychologists but not actual psychologists. -100HP They are immune to ninjas. NO THEY ARE NOT DEAD YET! Resistance:They spit acid at them and make holes in their skin/armor. -100HP
Crazy Jay improves his Shadow Clone Jutsu and performs it.
I fill a bathtub so big, it defies earthly comprehension, with psychologists (real ones), then get an equally big one and fill it with characters from Electric Man 2. I then pour them over Crazy Jay and his clones.
I throw eleven tons of thermite at them, then shoot them with a 120mm cannon eleven times, then impale them on a giant bust of Cleopatra's nose.
I then use the power of logic: if Crazy Jay is immune to fictional things, he must be immune to himself (a fictional being). If he is immune to himself, then the mere fact that he is alive and acting upon himself (in response to Descartes) a breach of the rules of the game? Therefore Crazy Jay must be ejected from the game. QED.
If logic fails, I shoot him repeatedly with a shotgun, tie him up on a train line, hook him up to a power grid, stab him with Spock's ears, and attack him with 450 golden statuettes of Michael Jackson.
