There is only one good thing about having all those Armor Points, to show it off to friends and noobs.
But i have a really good idea. What if we could unlock things with Armor Points? Let's say you get to 1000 AG, you can now acess, let's say, An Awesome Sonny 2 Wallpaper for your screen. You don't lose any Armor Points though. I got this idea from Funorb where you spend Funorb ORBS... But you don't lose your AP with this idea. So you could unlock all kinds of things... Maybe you could even download The Last Stand 2's music with your Armor Points.... I don't know but their seriously needs to be more features with Armor Points. Tell me what you think...
great idea (even though its not yours) i really don't care about the amratars or any of that stuff or armor points but this would make it much more interesting but it would also increase the spam issue. but on another note this issue has been suggested several times and no one has considered honestly i think its a good idea but if you've realized dan doesnt really change much on the site unless its a real issue
There should be more features like the ones you proposed! That would make it a lot more fun for a lot of users who need all this I guess... personally I think it's not that big a deal, but I do get bored with the armatars offered by AG... they are not much to choose from and they get even less when you reach a higher level...
And I have to agree with 'leo99rules' that the amount of spam will only increase if people do get the option to gain more stuff... :S

Thing is, people might spam for Armor Points, just because they want this wallpaper or that music. And that is not good. The mods would have to work more to keep AG clean of spam.
I have to admit though, I like the idea. It would be great if we could get a 'Bubble tanks' wallpaper to show we liked it or just make your Profile more fun.
It would be a great reason for users to stay on longer at AG, because they want to unlock stuff. And that's kind of what we want: More good users that stay long.
A reason that you would not be able to do this is because then the game developers would have to post all of their music and would have to be asked if a wallpaper could be allowed for their games. This would also make that game site probably much more expensive in terms of upkeep. It would be cool, but I highly doubt anything like this will ever happen.
This issue has been brought up before, it would increase spam and make it so that people actually care about AP, and that's not good. Wallpapers and whatnot can be found in the Armor Store, where they can be bought with real money, not AP, which is completely worthless. See, the things you proposed cost real money to create; AP is worth nothing, as I said. So the site would be losing money fast. So, I say a definite and decisive NO. Consider yourself lucky that they unlock armatars, and leave it at that.
