i woulkd have to say rock band over all. but if it were just guitar then i would say guitar hero, they both ROCK!

Guitar Hero is more fun to me if I'm alone or with one friend, but if you've got a big room of people, Rock Band seems way more fun. But overall, I'll def go for GH

I like rock band more because I'm not very good at guitar but I'm decent at singing and drumming

I prefer rock band, I find it more entertaining and challenging.

i used to think that they were the same thing. then i bught guitar hero and got a clue. i like GH better

I honestly do not prefer either. But if I choose I'll prefer Guitar Hero. He came first so he deserves the credit.

Guitar hero is awesome, but i got beatles rockband for christmas and i love it, right now i'd say i like rockband more

Both are great but i haven't played Rock Band for long time.So,i prefer Guitar Hero.

It depends on what you're looking for.

Guitar Hero is probably best for solo players, especially the guitar on the earlier games. When drums and vocals were released, they weren't very good so Guitar Hero: World Tour was probably the worst game of the series. After that, they got a lot better, but still not great as a band

Rock Band is better with a group of people playing as a band. It isn't much different from the Guitar Hero band setup, but somehow it is much more fun to play. Rock Band 2 is a lot better for solo players, but Guitar Hero is still much better.

I prefer Guitar Hero in general, but my favourite game is probably Rock Band 2

I have both so I don't really know which one to go for.

I prefer Rock Band over Guitar Hero. Rock Band has the widest variety in songs. Rock Band is still good for solo play, even if it does have 'band' in its name.

GH's battle mode is awesome

GH Because is the only one i have xD

Definitely Rock Band becuz I can't play Guitar Hero worth a crap. At least with Rock Band I can play the drums which I'm really good at.
