Note: This is how to beat the Baron as a Biological.
Step 1. Create a new file (if you don't have one already) Step 2. (Note: only do Step 2 if you created a new file) Get to the Oberursel zone (Zone 2) and beat the Cult Leader (AKA, Baron) Step 3. Have and equip Disrupt, Reform, Integrity (Note: This one is a hp regain move and is auto ability.), Destroy and Enrage. The rest is up to you! Step 4. Look through your inventory and look for the strongest set of armor (Note: Leave Roald alone if you want, you don't have to.) Put your 2nd strongest set of armor on Veradux. Step 5a. Have Veradux at Defensive Mode (one button to the lest of the middle button) and Roald at Relentless Mode(Last botton on the right) Step 5b. In the battle agenst the Baron use Disrupt to drain the Baron's Focus than use Enrage than use Destroy Step 6a. Repeat Step 5 till the Baron dies. Step 6b. When you (or a team member) is low health use Reform to heal you (and team member) hp. (Note: If you followed Step 5a Completely, Veradux should try to keep the Team alive.)
With hydraulic you should use the move that takes away their MP. The Baron then uses something which recharges his MP but destroys his life, doing 2000+ damage to him every turn he has it.
This is a bad guide imo. 4x Disrupt Level 2 + Integrity Level 4 kills him within 2 minutes(with Veradux on Defensive and Roald on Tactical). You don't need Reform, Destroy or Enrage, and those abilities probably will slow the battle(since he can use his "Deep Burning" twice).
Enrage is actually quite nice. It doubles the damage he receives with Deep-Burning. But I will agree with you that Reform and Destroy are pretty useless.
i beat baron without focus burning as psycho, tick tock was way too easy to manage with free will, lightning psycho burned him down pretty easily too, hydro yeah focus burn all the way, when i first played bio and didnt know what to do i (somehow) barely made it by the 1st attempt
for hydro i stunlocked him to oblivion with out draining focus once. i also made him skip some of his turns because he only had 1 spell that didn't need focus lol.
I beat him psycho and hydraulic, its very easy with both. hydraulic just stun, silence lock him and regulate drain. psycho just haunt focus drain and beat the crap outta him.
