Yeah, it didn't work for me either. I bet that you just made this up or something.

Well open up your inventory, if there is a boot or something click on it, then at the bottom of the screen it shows the green botton click on it then when you lvl and you upgrade your strength or speed place the item there and you get the stats ( you can do it whenever )

I used this cheat and it is awesome! Now all my stats are over 300! Thanks for posting this.
