There was an up-vote function, as already mentioned. It was taken off a year ago along with some other things, right about when the glitches arrived. The help section has not been updated in quite some time, so either the staff is lazy about it, and not thinking it would be important (considering how few who read that and the stickies), or they are going to let it come back when they somehow sort out all the rest of everything. Either way, answered.
