I think it should be possible to edit a post in the forums after you posted it in case of a typo, you accidentally gave the wrong link, accidentally gave wrong information, etc.
That is one of the most common suggestions, but no matter how many times it is suggested, it does not make it any better. Yes, it would be good with such a function, but there are issues that should be solved before it can be implemented, along with the coding, which is not getting much attention these days, when there are glitches to fix. It would also be good if you cared to check this thread called Rules and common suggestions, where post editing is mentioned along with many other things that have been suggested more than a hundred times, and that the staff is either aware of, or simply is not going to implement due to it not being fitting and/or useful.
