Today, I got NHL 2k10 for PS3... it's not that great. I'd rather have NHL 10. My question is, would Walmart exchange the games, since they are equal value? The problem is that NHL 2k10 is already open >.<
Is there a change that they may not just take my game, then exchange it for the same one?
And would it make a difference if I said the game was defective? (probably, but do you think I would get anywhere?) :P
Hey shayneii, make sure next time you buy an NHL game or NBA or MLB, see if there isn't a K in it. To answer your question though, they probably won't let you because they're two different games. If you LOVED NHL 2k10 (which I doubt because the 2k games are a joke :P) and it was defected you could return yours for another copy of it.

I've learned that lesson, after going through 4 glitch-filled copies of MLB 2K7 for PS2 :P Problem is I didn't buy it xD But it's pretty good compared to 08, hahah.
And it actually just froze once in the menu, so maybe I'll have to take it back! haha
[offtopic]I'll add you on PSN :P [/offtopic]

Thanks man. I needed to hear that, good perspective. [/sarcasm]
Well, You can always take a trip to your friendly neighborhood GameStop!
I was thinking about doing that, problem is they only give you like $15
