Over everything else, a closed door and little to no light coming through help lots, simply for sound and light distraction's sake. Auxiliary sound helps most of the time, like an air conditioner or humidifier or fan.
To practically fall asleep on command, some good weed does that, but since I've quit the daily use and made an effort to not keep bud on me as often, it's no longer an option.
If I'm awake and can't fall asleep, even if I have all of the above, some good excercise-- sit ups, inclined push-ups, etc. and listen to horrorcore/laidback hip-hop.
I have Isomnia so i dont really get much sleep. I cannot sleep unless my desktop fan is on though, its on all night.Dang i wonder how much money i spend on electric because of this.Lol Kind Regards King Fluffs
I have insomnia as well. Sometimes I find laying on the couch or sitting as far back as the recliner allows with the tv going at low volume helps sometimes. When it doesn't at least I have something to watch.
I have troubles sleeping often, unless I'm really really tired, and that's not that often.
I usually close my eyes for about an hour or two before I'm able to sleep. Occasionally I read a book if I can't sleep by then. If I read a few chapters I should be tired and ready to sleep. And if I can't sleep after a few more hours..... I play some games. 8D
just like most of you,i listen to music while i go to sleep and watch TV.but what help me to go to bed is........... tearing up my bedroom until im really tired.or if im really tired from basketball or something like that.sometime i stay up and play video games till im tired.(i mostly fall asleep during it loading time.)
