I have only prestieged once and i think that will be the only time i'll do it. This is because you get more challenges and titles. When you prestiege for the second time you dont get more.

you dont get more custom classes in mw2? that sucks... i love using new guns again and getting the achievments, it makes it more fun. if you just play and play with the best guns... its almost like socom... so yeah :P
Yes you get more classes when prestiege and titles/emblems and more challenges. I honestly love getting fall for the guns and its so hard that i wont prestiege again, I LOVE showing off my m4a1 fall camo and stuff.
i feel its barely worth prestiging. the only reasons i can think of are for new titles, emblems, and a new icon. but do u want to restart your guns and perks just for those. it's all up to you. model 1887 akimbo FTW.
