Well, I would never forgive myself for giving just one show so I'll give categorized faves.
Action:Batman: the Animated Series - This show was so bad-@$$, it just blows me away every time I watch it, as I still can't believe how they managed to take such a dark twist on the franchise while still making it kid-friendly, without it losing any of it's edge, to boot!
Children's:Muppet Babies - Not just a cutesy, frilly version of The Muppet Show, this series was genuinely charming, while still retaining the comedy of it's parent series, plus, this show is also very personal to me, as I both watched and learned with the characters. An unrivaled classic!
Comedy: I'm a huge classic cartons buff, I especially love the Hanna-Barbera and Warner Bros. programs, so to pick just one is so hard. However, through careful consideration, I have chosen The Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show, it collected all of the best Looney Tunes moments in a package that was wonderfully eccentric and attractive.
And yes, I still do watch all of these shows in my spare time.
I bet any American boy that is 16+ probably used to watch Dragon Ball Z on Toonami. Back in the day, that show was religion, and I'll never forget it. I'm not much of a fan of DBZ anymore, but I'll never match the fandom that I had for that show for any other cartoon.
As of right now my favorites are King of the Hill, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Futurama.

I actually used to hate that show...
I am a big fan of the oldies, especially Tom and Jerry. Cartoon network used to have them on...but then they just went away. When I was younger I was also a big fan of The Fairly Odd Parents.
In this order: Southpark Old Simpsons Futurama Samurai Jack Metalocalypse Venture Bros Family Guy American Dad (new episodes are somewhat decent) Spongebob Home Movies Every other show New Simpsons Seriously, new episodes of the simpsons are just stale politician and physical comedy jokes.
