In this RPG, you are a caveman. You are confronted with daily problems such as dinosaurs, volcanic eruptions, and brawls with rival caveman clans. Fill out this sheet, and I'll give you some options as well.

Name:
Family Name:
Family Size:
Family Home:
Height:
Weight:
Weapon:
Skills(spend 20 stat points total)
Strength:
Speed:
Intelligence:
Reaction:

Here are some facts(don't have to use in rubric):
You may choose from these for weapons:
Club-all around weapon, +1 Strength +1 Reaction
Rock-heavy weapon, very powerful +2 Strength -1 Speed -1 Reaction
Hands-versatile, can pick up small rocks or small sticks to fight +1 Speed +1 Intelligence +2 Reaction
You can get better weapons as you go through the game.
Reaction means if a disaster occurs(a beast attacks, earthquake, volcano, etc.) you can help your family and do something quickly.
Height and Weight is very important and can affect your Reaction time(I'll tell you what you're like once you've decided)
Max height is 6 foot tall, Max weight is 170 pounds. Min height is 5 foot, min weight is 100 pounds.
Pretty soon I'll make a system for weapons upgrades, as well as tasks you may complete.

Pick up a stone and throw it at the thing. But first wait just a second.

Yes, preferably one near lots of animals such as rabbits, elk, deer, etc. so we always have plenty of food. I'll send 3 people to go do that.

You hit the creature with a stone, and it faulters in flight. It falls down on the hill, stunned. You have very little time to act. What do you do?

Get an armful of stones and keep pelting it and get a little closer and keep edging in and tell my family to do the same.

You eventually break the bones in the beast's wings, leaving it unable to fly. It is dazed, but still snaps at anyone whenever they try to get close. What do you do?

After 36 hours, the men come back. They talk about a field and small lake just over a ridge, with a cave large enough to support the family. What do you do?
This is a point where you can start to research different things. Here goes:
Research fishing: must have combined intelligence of 11.
Research spear throwing: Must have combined intelligence of 11 and Reaction of 9.
Those are the things you can buy right now.

And as for Alpha, if choose the obvious option, then you will be able to research something soon. Don't worry :P

I will take my family to find a large boulder and roll it on top of it, killing it.

Seeing as it's a 36 hour journey, and I still have enough food to last for 36 hours, I'll move the family over there, picking fruits and berries on the way.

Sure, but you're going to have a lot of trouble getting by. Most of the cavemen way back when lived in family groups, and the smaller ones usually died of malnutrition or were hunted down by predators. If you make any mistakes, your family is done.

One day, you are walking through the woods, and you find a huge stash of nuts! You have a large pouch at home, but you're not sure why these nuts are here. What do you do?

OK, your family makes it without too many injuries, just a little bruising and scraping here and there. On the way there, you meet a group of cavemen who are very small but very well fed. They have somehow managed to cut straps of leather and make nooses that somehow tame two adult elk. They also have many pieces of sharp stone and bone. You speak different languages, but you somehow trade some berries for 5 pieces of wood with pieces of sharp bone and 10 pieces of sharp bone. They start showing you what to use them for, and you quickly catch on. +3 Intelligence!
You make it to the cave and settle in. Would you like to make an upgrade? You may only make one upgrade every 3 events(events happen a lot)

You kill the pterodactyl, you earn 2 intelligence points. You also get enough meat for a week, and since it gets very cold where you live at night, you can store the food in the back of the cave and it will be fine.

Sure, but please do not do the "Gurgh garbragaught rorft" every turn.
One day, you get to the top of a mountain in your area. You gaze across the land, enjoying the beauty. You see a field down by a river, and you see dozens of elk running across. Your stomach grumbles. Your family barely gets by on nuts and berries. Would you like to move down?

OK everyone, No more entries
I've got enough on my hands.

Are you crazy? So far, everyone who has chosen a sensible option has encountered a T-Rex. I'm not stupid, my family is mainly vegetarian, and those of us who eat meat like the birds that take nests in the trees around us. I would, however, like to go and collect branches from trees that we don't usually climb on, to use for firewood. Have we experienced fire yet? If not, then I'll use them to make javelins.

Sorry if I'm taking a little time, guys, I just copied over 2 of the events :P

Well, I said earlier:
Research spear throwing: Must have combined intelligence of 11 and Reaction of 9.

So, in the next few events that I give you, you can try to get your stats up. And yes, everyone started with the ability of fire. You now have a medium stock of wood.
One day, you see some small rodents running around collecting nuts. It dawns on you, "Hey, these nuts must be going somewhere if they're collecting so many!"
What do you want to do?
