Everyone stood in terror and shock as hundreds more fell. The man struck stood back up, strangely malformed. His arms seemed to have become vines and his body bloated and twisted. From within the objects came small, strange yellow creatures. They latched onto a host and slipped inside their bodies and became one with them. They had no desire but to kill and infect. Graveyards became breeding grounds of the malformed hosts. Few, if any were spared. When the few survivors fought back the parasites lived on even when the body was dead. It seemed like there was no hope for Earth.

I go to a window adjacent to that window that I can look out of to see what is at the window without it seeing me. You know what I mean? like a window that is a few feet over but on the same wall as the original window.

It doesn't really have anything and by the way, these aren't zombies so your tennis ball will do nothing and you have no gun so ammunition doesn't help you either.
