If by 'touching' you mean like taking your frontal lobe to a mandolin slicer' then yes. It's just kinda shrieking and droning, no real enunciation, depth in tone, or anything. Iy's kinda flat.

Starlight is not sung in falsetto for the most part. Supermassive Black Hole is. When he sings like that, it's annoying as hell.
