What is the most evil man in the world??? I think it is Osama Bin Laden, because he killed so many thousands of people, or maybe Ahbanienajab (I know I didn't spell it right) For how many people he's going to kill.
Ahbanienajab
The evilest person in the world is definately "Double GG" (AKA GAGAMEN). He eats little babies and mauls zebras. What a crazy little boy!
Lolz
In all seriousness, I would have to say Jack the Ripper is the evilest man. He ripped prostitudes guts up after he....made business.
The most evil person in the world is Bill Nye the Science Guy because of his evil annoying brain washing theme song.
Click here to veiw it and all it's annoyingness. Jk It is annoying though.
There have been worse then Jack the Ripper, look at Ed Gein for example. The most evil depends on your definition of evil and just about all of the "evil" people can at least in their mind justify what their doing is right. Most evil acts are carried out for good reasons or for a greater good. Even some of the Nazis thought they where doing some good in the camps (especially the high ups) and we consider them evil. There was also a Jappanesse man who did something similar to the Nazis in the sino war and some argue he was worse. But if you asked those men if they where evil or if what they where doing was evil they would say no and explain what they are doing as they see it. Evil is never done for evil but for a perverted sense of good.
Number of deaths cause = Stalin
Brutality = Ed Gein
Political = The 4 Fox News Giants (Glenn Beck, Bill O' Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity)
Barack Obama. If you are a U.S. president, you shouldn't be as sinister as to appear on a coat ad!
That is an unreliable statement, and he had people who killed for him so he wouldn't have to on his own. What do you think, how much kills he ordered?
Well, he ordered the extermination of Ukranian farmers which led to 1 million violent deaths and 7 million deaths by starvation all in a period of nine months. Stalin would also point to random towns on a map and order everyone to be killed for no reason. Stalin also assassinated a good friend to justify killing millions in the Great Terror.
While he didn't specifically sign 20 million execution orders, he was responsible for almost all those deaths.
I would say George Bush, for the fact that, for no reason whatsoever, invaded a country that had never done anything to him, or his country, and turned it upside down.
I mean, before Americans invaded Iraq was a happy place, it had flowery meadows and Rainbow skies, and rivers made of chocolate, where the children danced and laughed and played with gumdrop smiles.
(For all of you who don't know, I just stole that from Team America world police, so don't get all angry like.)

Do you have any evidence supporting that statement?
Napoleon Banaparte was probably the closest thing to "evil" in history. Personally, I don't believe in evil, because in order to be evil, you would have to think that what you are doing is evil and not the least bit justifiable, and then do it anyway. No one does this. Napoleon is close, because he essentially invented the concept of a modern nationwide conscription just so that he could get his revenge on the French people. This idea has become very popular with most countries, and has fueled many wars since Napoleon's time. His home country of Corsica was actually invaded by the French when he was a child, so he has a legit reason for hating the French. Also, the French made fun of him when he was at a French military school, which just pissed him off more. Napoleon rose through the military ranks quickly because he was willing to do anything. He once turned a cannon on a mob of civilians just to get bonus boints with the French command. After seizing control of the French government, the first thing Napoleon does is start a war with the rest of Europe. Then he drafts millions of Frenchmen to send to their deaths in these wars. He knew from first hand experiance how horrible war was, but he did this anyway because he was angry and power hungry.

You're looking for someone who kills for fun, for pleasure.
Oh dear gods an alignment thread. An alignment thread of the worse type: One where The Book of Exalted Deeds is not a legitimate resource. Anyway:
First off, whether you agree with Bush or not, calling him the most evil man in the world is a little bit of an overstatement. More importantly, it wasn't for no reason.

Not someone who kills for politics, because they can't stop, or because they are power hungry.Because he can't stop, I concur. The other two examples show a complete lack of morality.
Where do you draw the line? When does a person become evil?
but they as a person were not evil.
You're looking for someone who kills for fun, for pleasure. If you've never met anyone who causes pain to others for fun, consider yourself lucky.
