Flamethrowers, you know, are a great anti-personnel weapo , capable of burning a man to a crisp in mere instant; however since 1950 they were no more manifactured (not human weapon, you know) exept for Russia, the last russian models are of the '70.
So, I'll go for one, but I'll have probably to build one...

No ones mentioning Semiautomatic rifles. Id take an FAL, not the Argentinian version(COD version) mind you, and own with it. The Zombie Survival Guide says, that if you have the discipline not to be an ammo waster, than this is the gun for you. And for flamethrowers, they take to long to burn flesh, despite what you think, they do not burn to a crisp instantly. And as for shot guns, the bebes dont really have enough power to go through there skull and kill. Chainsaws will get you infected so their not a good idea.

My choices would be a repeating .22 for longand FAL for mid and a compund bow for short distance, I would use a Crowbar, and a trench spike or a machete for melee

Best weapon? Maybe a broad sword. Perhaps a pistol. An assault rifle. Shot gun. Baseball bat. A shoe. Your bare hands. A cell phone. With any of the above, zombies don't stand a chance.

Machine gun, definaetly not a baseball bat. Its to small and can only get one dead in about 7 hits.

It has allright fire rate, Can sub. As a snyper, So good for Headshots, Recoil isnt that bad. And it pwns.

The crowbar would be an all around good choice, it's pretty tough, hard to break, can easily crush a zombie's skull, and can tear off limbs with ease.

Second choice would probably be any mid-ranged gun. A few good shots to the head with a pistol can easily take down a walking corpse.

A bad choice would be the Shotgun, any type of Shotgun is a bad choice against zombies. First of all, they take a long time to reload, second, you need to be at point-blank range to actually do any real damage, and third, recoil.

There's only one thing you need to remember, attacking something in the head will ALWAYS kill it.

Yep, Zombies are so slow... All they can do is practically limp around, you can easily get away even if your just walking.

The best weapon against zombies is the brain.

Not as in thinking power, but as in a distraction. Throw the brain off to the side so the zombie will follow it instead of you, and then run like hell. The hard part is obtaining the brain.

dude it's like running from a bear. You just need to be faster than the slowest person. Seriously though give me a hand gun and a combat knife, head shots kill the brain and when all else fails start stabbing them in the heads.
