Red countries cannot sustain life, apart from mutants.People picking red countries to live in will be classed as mutants, apart from one, which will be Mutant Overlord. The game is that Mutants are trying to attack Yellow and Green countries, attempting to toplle their governments and turning everyone into mutants. Depending in what you choose to do will affect what happens.

If you get a random lock result (decided by me) then your weapon is useless, and you must wait for incoming enemy attacks. For poor NGO Troops, getting a lock result means almost certain death, unless facing another lock-weapon.
