i just made my older brothers birthday cake, we all loved it. it was a double layer torte with a chocolate cake bottom and a white cake top with chocolate mousse in the middle. the frosting was a buttercream frosting and we used blue frosting for the border. the white frosting, simple vanilla cake, and chocolate mousse were all from allrecipies.com, a good recipie site the chocolate cake was from foodnetwork.com

1 french baguette or artisan loaf 1 stick butter 1/2 cup pramesan, or to taste minced garlic, 1-2 tsp garlic salt to taste
mix butter, pramesan, and garlics in a bowl. cut bread of choice in to slices spread the pramesan mixture on to the bread peices broil them in oven until browned
