I am trying to find a really good in depth tower defense game. I have played a few of them, didn't know if there was a really good one buried somewhere. Thanks

gemcraft and gemcraft 0 are both really good.
That website is dedicated to tower defense games.
Personally I don't like TD very much but macoboy is right.Bubble tower defence (or something similar) is the best one on AG.
Flash Element TD 2, Bloons TD 4, BTTD (as mentioned), both gemcrafts (though quite difficult), or for something real fun, Starland MULTIPLAYER TD.
Oh, and there's the one with ants and cake.Can't remember the name...
