Yeah, just read that on Steam. I am downloading it at the moment to see if I can do better than what I did 3 years ago. I bet it looks lovely.

I'll probably do vehicle (if there still is) and a bit of light weapons training before I set off into multiplayer and see how well everything goes.
No vehicle as of now, but they're adding Vehicles, new maps, new weapons, smart AI and a lot of stuff soon
I remember the mission where you had to drive through mountainous terrains and shoot tanks from a humvee. Why did they take the vehicle training out? And is there an announced time for when they'll release all of these things?
I have americas army 1, the disc cover is alike an army guy with goggles and an m16 looking to the right i think? its for the xbox the old one. I loved that game it felt pretty realistic, maybe better than cod mw2 >>
Microe, you talking about America's Army : Rise of a soldier, that is for Xbox . There is America's Army : True soldiers which is for Xbox360, and America's Army : Special Operations which is for mobile phones .
But AA3 is still the latest version, and it's for PC . I really like it, and it's a bit more fast-paced than AA2 .
Okay, I've just downloaded it. Weapons and sounds are very realistic, I am really enjoying them, the graphics are decent at best. I am a level 4 at the moment, so not very far and my highest stat is Selfless Service which is at 6.
Can I just ask, what do the stats do, and how comes I've only unlocked 5 training courses? Rifle training, grenade training, obstacle training, medic training and the one where you shoot all the guys in the house, they're the ones I've got. How do I open up all of the others?
I think I already stated that more training levels are still being developed, and will be coming soon .
These points add into your HONOR (which is your main level for ranking system and in-game) . So if you get let's say 60 Selfless service points, 10 points will be added to your HONOR . And you can get HONOR by doing objectives and multiple other things : This should give you a detailed view into the ranking system http://forecourse.com/2009/08/allars-definitive-honor-guide-to-aa3/#more-73 .
And BTW, believe me if you have a good enough system that can run this game on high, you'll be amazed by the graphics
It's a chat client that allows you talk to and add friends. Not only that, it recognises some games, so it shows people what games you're playing, it lets people join the server you're on if they've got the game too. It also has it's own store where you can buy loads of games. It got installed a lot because it came with Modern Warfare 2.
man i hate this game. i tried to download it on my pc like 5 times and each time there was an error at the end. does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this? what happened was a black screen would open then close and my pc didnt do anything.
