Hey, Oboma got one for nothing, why should you not?
Yes it is classed as murder... Homicide is not really a pleasant thing... If you hate someone so much.... punch a boxing bag or two... Take your anger out on a boxing bag!
Yes, it is against the law, except in self defence. However, I believe that the law, through its self defence clause, admits that sometimes death is required. If someone feels threatened by another and kills them, there is a very good chance the law will accept that. The law realizes that while murder overall is not exactly either a good or moral action, it admits that sometimes it is necessary. And so do I.
I'm pointing a missile launcher at you in a large crowd, indenting to shoot. You have a poisoned shotgun (just so I have no chance of a nonlethal injury). Is it right for you to shoot and kill me?
"defending what you believe in is right."...think about that but to kill someone just without a reason?I mean ok ... you now the guy who murderd your mother(just fo a good example) what would you do?....
I think it depends. Like if i was just angry because I lost poker to him, then no. But if he killed my mom or brother or something, I still think its wrong. A good beatin should put him in his place. Then turn him into the police and laugh while they taze him ^^
I'll put a bullet in somebodies head if it meant saving even just two other lives, and never have remorse, even if they sent me to death row for it.
Random killings for no reason is extremely amoral, but it is not 'wrong.' There is no wrong. The person doing it thinks it's right, while to us it's wrong. Where is the story really at?
