That's all you get.

I want to see where you all will take this before I jump in.

Now get to it.

*Kills Darkhand666* President: For helping to contribute to population control AND for helping us make sure only the best of the best survive, I award you this Congressional Medal.

thepossum: I can't think I deserve this Mr. President. I was just trying to help my country.

Yes it is classed as murder... Homicide is not really a pleasant thing... If you hate someone so much.... punch a boxing bag or two... Take your anger out on a boxing bag!

Of course it's wrong to kill somebody, but if you kill them in self defense then there is nothing wrong with that.

Yes, it is against the law, except in self defence. However, I believe that the law, through its self defence clause, admits that sometimes death is required. If someone feels threatened by another and kills them, there is a very good chance the law will accept that. The law realizes that while murder overall is not exactly either a good or moral action, it admits that sometimes it is necessary. And so do I.

I'm pointing a missile launcher at you in a large crowd, indenting to shoot. You have a poisoned shotgun (just so I have no chance of a nonlethal injury). Is it right for you to shoot and kill me?

Only if the murder will result in a greater good - e.g, killing the man to save the lives of others.

(but wheter i'd have the guts to kill someone is a different matter)

I think it depends. Like if i was just angry because I lost poker to him, then no. But if he killed my mom or brother or something, I still think its wrong. A good beatin should put him in his place. Then turn him into the police and laugh while they taze him ^^

No. It's not wrong. Amoral, not wrong.

I'll put a bullet in somebodies head if it meant saving even just two other lives, and never have remorse, even if they sent me to death row for it.

Random killings for no reason is extremely amoral, but it is not 'wrong.' There is no wrong. The person doing it thinks it's right, while to us it's wrong. Where is the story really at?

Life is a gray line, not two black and whites.
