Yer, Most likely corrupted. Same thing happend with Java for me. Except I couldnt uninstall java becuase of it. And I also couldnt re install java becuase it thought i allread had it dloaded. I hate java. No more runescape. D:

It's also possible you trying to open one part of a larger file. Is there only that file or is there more and your trying to open a specific one? Try opening all of them at the same time or the first one.
