I add kahlua, protein powder, and skim milk. Its really good and gives you a slight kick, energy, and good taste.

i just get alot of yummy stuff and throw it in the blender and put milk in it...and i put food colers in it to make it look COOL

First thing you do is put your powder in of said shake.
Then, you pour a bit of milk in, only a bit, or you can't do the next part.
You then stir your concoction until you can't see any remnants of the powder.
THEN you add the milk into your drink.
I then get a martini shaker, and pour the drink into that, making it frothy.
Then add two scoops of Vanilla ice-cream and Enjoy.
I should make one right now XP

You need:Mixer,few bananas,liquid chocolate,milk and vanilia cream.

1.Slice bananas into small pieces.
2.Put them into mixer.
3.Put in some liquid chocolate.
4.Put in milk(got milk?)
5.Close the mixer
6.Mix it.
6.Open mixer.
7.Put vanilia cream in.
8.Close the mixer.
9.Mix it.
10.Open mixer
11.Drink it.
12.Be stuned by my quality!

heres mine

add milk to blender
and ice cream
add chocolate syrup
mix and enjoy

p.s. chocolate ice cream is also good

i just don't care, but my favorite is:

mix milk, ice cream, oreos and ice in a blender
add cocoa powder and stir
bon appetit

I shall never tell you my ultimate milkshake!

But I have 2 others.

1. Go to Dairy Queen

2. Get a blender. Get ice cream. Get Protein Coco Powder (it taste better than chocolate syrup, and it has protein =). Mix it together.

all i do is get milk and pour nesyquick in it and mix it. tada!!
