To the best of my knowledge, a born again Christian is a person who didn't accept Christianity before but then accepted it.

Actually, atheists and agnostics aren't only those who converted (or deverted...). Many atheists and agnostics were raised like that. So no, not 'namely', just sometimes.

If you were 4 when you decided to follow Christ I would assume that you weren't doing so at the age of 3.
