It's hard to say at the moment, considering I haven't played many games here yet. I really like Crush The Castle Players Pack, and Sushi Cat is also a pretty decent game.

One of my favorite games is siegius. Its gameplay is nice, and the campaign story line is interesting. The unit systems encourage actually using your brain, and the different stages often bring something new.
It seems to me not quite right to try to find the best game. This is a subjective opinion. For example, I like the The Last Stand - Dead Zone as an MMO, Ricochet Kills: Siberia as the Time Killer and GemKraft as a Tower Defense. And none of them I can not call the best/favorite, because today I have the mood to play one, and tomorrow - to another.
